I just wanted to do a little update because I'm actually really proud. This has to be the longest I have gone without biting or even wanting to bite my nails. My nails are quite long now and I do paint them more than I used too. The one thing I don't like is when my nails snap or in the middle of the nail it snaps so that means I have to file it short which is literally torture but it's better than biting them and starting all over again.
I dont have anything else to add on because this was meant to be a short update but I hope this might inspire some people to stop biting nails because it's worth it; Hope you enjoyed.
