Travel Bag Essentials

So I wanted to do a Travel Bag Essentials post because for me it's already my Easter Holidays and its coming up to others too so I thought this post might be handy for some people who are going on holiday or something. In the picture you can see it's my Route One bag that I used for my What's In My Bag post ( Here ). 

What I would bring 

1. Book 
2. Laptop/ tablet/ phone ( anything that you could play music, movies or even play games with ) 
3. Headphones 
4. Make up wipes / Remover

8. Clothes ( you could spill something or you could get cold )

12. Extra socks ( this might be just me but when I travel I always bring extra socks that I change into so I feel somehow cleaner )

15. Small pillow

1. I have been to 24+ different places all around the world and that's excluding the UK but I was young so I don't really remember much.
2. I'm double jointed... Or at least I was double jointed. I used to be able to hold the rolling pin in front if me and make it go behind me by going over my head without cheating. 
3. I used to live in England, Scotland then I lived in India for 2 years ( not excluding the coming home because of the rain/ storm seasons so technically one year ) then back to Scotland. 
4. I really like science and I really wanted to be a doctor or nurse and working in King's Hospital in London. 
5. I watch horror movies on mute. I love horrors but at the same time I HATE them. I'm easily scared and I can't not watch a horror not on mute. 
6. I have always wanted a mole or " A Beauty Spot " on my face. I'm not sure why though 
7. I have a secret YouTube account that I can't delete but I REALLY need to delete because I was in Primary 6 when I first filmed a video so obviously its cringy and embarrassing.

The Golden Wonder Review | Lush

 

I got The Golden Wonder roughly around after Christmas time.

I decided to run a small bath because I was feeling very Shattered Tired so I decided to run a bath to wake me up a bit. 

 

 My Golden Wonder recently broke so when I ran the bath I only stuck a few pieces in because I wasn't planning on staying in there for long because it was late and I was sort of tired. 

When I put the small pieces in it just fizzed and it started to 

Spread out like this. This pink and yellow part is one of the little 

Presents you find inside the big present. If you look carefully

You will see there are really small yellow stars.  

I added a bit more to the bath but not a lot and this was the end result. The water was incredibly BLUE. It was like a

 " Tropical Ocean ". 

I'm not really good at describing things but the smell coming from this bath bomb was absolutely amazing. It's like a Citrus sort of smell and it was really nice. 

I put a very very small peice into my bath and it literally overpowered the bath. With just a small bit it turned my bath into a Tropical ocean so just imagine what it could do if I added all. Next time I decide I want a bath with a bath bomb I will put all of The Golden Wonder in and I will take a picture and add it in here so you can see the full affect. 

As you can tell I love Lush and I love bath bombs and this 

Bath bomb has to be one of my favourite ones I have used so far. Comment down below what is your favourite lush product. 

Why Did I Start A Blog?

So when I did the Poll on ' What Should My Next Blog Post Be About? ' I got five votes and this came in tie second place so instead of doing the highest vote I just decided to do them all. I wasn't too excited to do this one because there isn't much of a story behind it really. 

It all started on the 27th of December, Two days after Christmas. It was roughly around 11pm when I just finished watching someone's YouTube video and the word " Blog"  was mentioned. I decided to stalk zoellas blog and I realised how fun it looked and I was in a sort of bad mood as it was so I decided to make one. I first made my blog on WordPress. I didn't really like WordPress so I watched a YouTube video on blogging by Zoella and Louise

( SprinkleofGlitter). They mentioned how they use blogspot. At first I had no idea what it was so I stopped the video and decided to google it. I made an account on the 28th of December and I just loved using Blogspot. You have so much freedom to design things the way YOU want it. I still have my Wordpress account but I'm planning on deleting it because blogspot as I said is MUCH better. I have more stats on this blog then my other one because its easier to find peoples blogs on here than WordPress. If anyone wanted to start a blog I would recommend using Blogspot and not WordPress but then again WordPress is easier to use because it's got less things to play around with and explore. The reason to why I started blogging is simply because I was bored. I was generally bored and I was tired of doing nothing so that's why I started one and it was actually really fun. I'm sort of glad I started a blog because it's amusing and even though no one really reads my posts I still enjoy writing about things that I find interesting.

In the pictures below this was what my blog looked like before now. As you can tell it was completely different, new template and new design. These were the only photos I could find of my old blog design so these aren't very clear but you can see how it

What's In My School Bag?

This year I have been using my Navy backpack from Route One which was only £17.99. Its just an average backpack design and it has lots of useful compartments. 

So at the back of the backpack this is normally where I keep all my books for all my different classes and my PE kit but I didn't include them in the picture because the books change everyday and my kit is only for twice a week.

Next up is what I keep in this small little zipper area. I just keep random but very useful things in here. I didn't put in some personal hygien things because I thought it would be pretty obvious.

So as I said I keep random but very important things in here. I left two things out which was just gum and a few " girls things " because I thought there was no point adding it.

Don't Know What To Blog About?

I always get stuck on blog post ideas when it's coming to the time I need to post. That's why I write a few and save them in draft so when it comes to the time I post one of them and write a new one. When I am going to write a new one I always Google " Blog post ideas " and the same thing always comes up again and again and I always dismiss the majority of them but when I look back a few hours later I change my opinion. I copied a few of these from various posts and I decided to make my own. I hope this actually helps people.

Nail Biting Update

I just wanted to do a little update because I'm actually really proud. This has to be the longest I have gone without biting or even wanting to bite my nails. My nails are quite long now and I do paint them more than I used too. The one thing I don't like is when my nails snap or in the middle of the nail it snaps so that means I have to file it short which is literally torture but it's better than biting them and starting all over again. 

I dont have anything else to add on because this was meant to be a short update but I hope this might inspire some people to stop biting nails because it's worth it; Hope you enjoyed.

Make Up Wish List

I completely ran out of ideas to blog about so I decided to Google blog post ideas and I stumbled upon A Girl Obsessed blog. She had a whole list of ideas and the make up wish list was personally the most appealing one for me.

So first up on the list if the Mac Studio  

Fix foundation. The reason I really Want it is I used my friends one on the night of a Party and it completely covered my acne and It didn't make it Cakey which 
was really good.         

 The next thing on my list is the Urban Decay Make Up Setting Spray. Eve Bennett and Nathalie Paris ( YouTube's ) I'm pretty sure both have this and it looks so good and apparently it actually helps your make up stay on.                   


The next thing on my list is the      

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette. I have always wanted my own Naked palette because I have heard so many good things about it and I absolutely love the matte colours on there,
especially the Nude brown colours.

 I really want this simple and cheap Collection Brow kit because my friend uses it and it just seems so simple. My eyebrows are naturally quite dark but they are really light towards the end so I would just need to fill it in.

This is the Mac Myth Lip Stick that I really want because it's just a basis nude colour that's really natural because I don't really like lip sticks because I personally think they're really messy so a nude colour wouldn't be so messy and its just simple.

 The last thing on my list is this cheap Soap & Glory Powder. The reason to why I like this is it doesn't seem to make the skin look cakey or dry and also it has a small mirror which would comes in handy.

#SillyFaceForCancer

#SillyFaceForCancer is for people to understand and be more aware of cancer. All you have to do is post a silly face photo on the internet and tag as many people as you wish so they also become aware. I have seen loads of people doing this so I decided to do it but not tag anyone.

MUA - Undressed Palette

I bought the MUA Undressed Palette about a month ago from Superdrug so since then I have been using it everyday. The MUA palettes are normally £4 which is actually really cheap. The shadows are pigmented and wear well with a primer. The packaging is fine but could be a bit more sturdy and the lid is a bit hard to open that I have to use my teeth but for the price it's perfect. Undressed is more of a neutral shade which would compliment a variety of skin tones. 

In the picture it didn't really pick up the lighter colours but i didnt want to add more on because i was trying to show what it's like with one pat of the colour. The colour I have been using for a simple base is Fawn and I have Hazel on top around the outside of my eyelids to just add a bit more colour. 

This was a very small Review on the MUA Undressed Palette. I would recommend this to someone who was on a budget but if someone was willing to spend more money I wouldn't recommend this because its good for the price that's really all.
